Legal Notice - Media Center Renovation
Sealed bids will be received by Ridgewood Local School District until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, June 22, 2017, at the District Office, 301 South Oak St., West Lafayette, Ohio 43845, and opened and read immediately thereafter for all labor, material, and services necessary for the Media Center Renovation/Media Lab Classroom Space Renovation for Ridgewood Local School District, as described in the Contract Documents prepared by Schorr Architects, Inc. A PREBID meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. local time on June 14, 2017 at Ridgewood High School, 602 Johnson Street, West Lafayette, Ohio 43845. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
