RMS Teacher recognized as a 2018 Outstanding Teacher!

On Wednesday, January 24th, on the Zanesville Campus of Ohio University, the Coalition of Rural and Appalachian Schools (CORAS) recognized Kimberly McKibben, RMS fifth grade science teacher, as a 2018 Outstanding Teacher.
