Ridgewood Running Club (RRC) is a physical fitness program that teaches the students the fundamentals of running.  The students need a permission slip signed, once that is done they only need a note if they are not attending for that day or if they are dropping out all together.  It begins right after school and runs until 3:15 pm.  Appropriate running clothes and tennis shoes are required.  Keep in mind if the weather is dry and sunny they may still run outside.  Running club will be afterschool every Monday.
If school is cancelled for any reason, there will be no RRC on that day.
