Ridgewood Elementary School – Back-to-School Information

We are excited to welcome our students and families back for another great school year! Please review these important upcoming dates and announcements:

Back-to-school forms need to be completed for all students enrolled at Ridgewood Elementary. Please log on to your account in the OneView Parent Portal and complete all necessary forms for all children that you have enrolled in the district.

Elementary Open House – August 18
Preschool through 3rd Grade families are invited to visit Ridgewood Elementary, meet our staff, and get ready for the new school year!
Open House Times:
1:00–2:30 PM
4:00–6:00 PM

First Day of School – August 19
The first day of school for students in 1st–3rd Grade is Wednesday, August 19.

Kindergarten Families – KRA Appointments
Kindergarten families need to schedule a Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA) appointment for August 19–21.

If you have not already scheduled your child's KRA appointment, please call the Ridgewood Elementary School office at (740) 545-5312 to set up a time.

The Ridgewood Elementary School playground will be closed for the next two days while a new sidewalk is installed. For everyone’s safety, please avoid the playground and construction area during this time.
