Middle School Supply Lists

2009-2010

Fourth/Fifth Grades
Students entering the fourth and fifth grade will be given an organizer containing a communication folder, student agenda, and a pencil pouch. These organizers will help the students with their organization skills. The only other supplies the students need to purchase at this time will be pencils, loose-leaf paper, and a box of tissues.

Sixth/Seventh Grade
Students entering the sixth and seventh grade should come prepared the first week of school with notebook paper, pens, pencils, folders, and a box of tissues. Students entering the sixth and seventh grades are expected to be more responsible and independent of their material.

Supply Fees
Grades 4 and 5 - $30.00
Grades 6 and 7 - $20.00
After November 1, 2009, there will be a $5.00 late fee.
Money orders and checks are the preferred method of payment.
