Ridgewood Sets Kindergarten Registration

Registration for children who will be entering Kindergarten in the
Ridgewood Local School District will be held on

Wednesday, April 11, 2012
Thursday, April 12, 2012
Friday, April 13, 2012
at
Ridgewood Elementary School

Registration will be scheduled by appointments.

(between 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.)
to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

The following guidelines must be met for registration:

1. child must be 5 years of age by August 1, 2012
2. provide the child's birth certificate
3. provide the child's immunization records
4. provide court documents showing custody when the child does not
reside with both/natural parents
5. child MUST participate in developmental screening assessment
which will be performed on registration day
6. proof of residency
