Kindergarten Screening
Ridgewood Elementary will hold a kindergarten screening for all incoming kindergarten students for the 2011 - 2012 school year on April 5 - 7, 2011. Parents need to contact the elementary office at 545-5312 to schedule a kindergarten screening appointment. Incoming kindergarteners must be five (5) on or before August 1st in order to be eligible for kindergarten. Parents MUST provide a copy of the child's birth certificate, social security card, update shot recods and custody papers if applicable the day of the screening.
Parents are encouraged to contact the school office if they have questions regarding screening.
