2016-2017 Kindergarten Registration and Screening

Ridgewood Elementary will hold the August kindergarten registration and screening for all incoming kindergarten students for the 2016 - 2017 school year on August 1, 2016. 

Parents need to contact the elementary office at 545-5312 to schedule a kindergarten screening appointment. 

Incoming kindergarteners must be five (5) on or before August 1st in order to be eligible for kindergarten. 

Parents MUST provide a copy of the child's birth certificate, social security card, proof of residency, updated shot recods and custody papers if applicable the day of the screening.

Parents are encouraged to contact the elementary office if they have questions regarding screening.
