Superintendent Mike Masloski's Spring Update

Pop Concert 'This is Me' will take place Friday at 6:30pm. RHS Auditorium.
FFA Banquet will take place Sunday, May 5 at 1:00pm. RHS Cafe.
Band Concert will also take place Sunday at 4:00pm. RHS Gymnasium. 
Support our students by attending the Teenage Talent Gallery at the Johnson Humerickhouse Museum. It will end on May 6.  We have many         students' art being featured at the Gallery. 
Congrats to:
      Jadn Lindig for her organization of Suicide Awareness Event that took 
       place this past Friday, April 26. 
      Jacob Waite Blackwell, a 3rd grade student,  for being one of five
       winners nationally in a Scholastic Achievement Writing Contest.

Congratulations Class of 2019!

Academic Awards Assembly/Senior Walk

Friday, May 17, 2019, Ridgewood High School Gymnasium, 9:00 AM
Seniors will report by 7:40 AM in appropriate attire for the formal ceremony and have their cap and gown. Attendance and practice for the Assembly and Commencement will begin promptly at 8:00. The processional of graduates in cap and gown will begin the assembly promptly at 9:00. Following the assembly, a picture of the class will be taken; then alphabetically an individual portrait will be taken of graduates; next seniors will recieve the 10 tickets for Commencement Exercises and, if needed, reserve a seat on the floor or wheel chair space for Commencement. Seniors are then dismissed, however, they are invited to return to the high school parking lot shortly before 1:00 in cap and gown to participate in the Senior Walk which goes down Wall Street, through the elementary where they will be applauded by students and teachers and then to the middle school.  

Sunday, May 19, 2019, Ridgewood High School Gymnasium, 6:00 PM

Graduates must be dressed appropriately and in cap and gown in the academic hallway lined up for attendance for ceremony by 5:30. Doors to the gymnasuim open at 5:00 for ticket holders and 5:45 for those without a ticket. At 5:55 the seniors enlisted in the military will present the flags and ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00.

RHS is Proud to Announce Two Student Recipients of the Ray Kroc Award

Congratulations! The Ray Kroc Scholarship Award is named after McDonald’s Founder, Ray Kroc, and is designed to honor his philosophy that with persistence, determination and hard work you can achieve anything. To qualify for the award, you need to have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate the characteristics of persistence, determination, hard work and community involvement.  To see pictures of the RHS award recipients along with their proud parents click the Read More button.
